A sponsored site link is an exclusive ad that you write describing your company, product, or service. Because it is text-only, there is more room for explanation, sales text, or description compared with graphical banner advertising. Many advertisers have found these ads to be a highly effective advertising technique. Because the ads are text in all-text content areas, they tend to be completely read by users, generating a higher click through rate.

Placement
Sponsored site links will appear in our "Sponsored Sites" section of the website. The links are positioned in the upper right hand column, and they are linked to your landing page. The "Sponsored Sites" section is found on almost every single page (over 200 pages) of the website including the site's search engine result pages. The "Sponsored Sites" section does not appear on pages that are not related to beer brewing (e.g., Privacy Policy, Return Policy, etc.).
Technical Specifications
The ad consists of a title of up to 25 characters and spaces, a description of 3 lines with up to 85 characters and spaces, plus a URL link of up to 35 characters and spaces.
The following ad elements are prohibited:
- Text in ALL CAPS
- Excess punctuation
- The use of phone numbers in any ad text
- The use of e-mail addresses in any add text
- Too many repeated words
- Unauthorized use of trademarks
Rates
Sponsored site links are priced by the length of time the advertising subscription runs. We offer three options:
- $1.00/day for a 30 day subscription ($60.00 minimum order)
- $150.00 for a 180 day subscription
- $300.00 for a 360 day subscription
