Payment
All credit card payments are processed by PayPal, an eBay company, usually within seconds of submitting your information. PayPal acts as a secure payment gateway for Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, or AMEX credit cards.
As soon as you begin the purchasing process on our website, you are taken to PayPal's servers via a secure connection. PayPal uses the industry standard Secure Socket Layer protocol (SSL), just like online banks do, and uses 128-bit encryption—which is the highest level commercially available. All of the ordering and payment processes take place on PayPal's secure servers where your payment can be transferred into our PayPal account-we never get to see your credit card details. Taxes
Sales tax is not applied to purchases of books and related materials.
Shipping
Free ground shipping is available for online orders that go to a single U.S. address. We ship through the U.S. Post Office to all destinations in the Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. At this time, Apex Publishers ships only to destinations in the United States and cannot ship web orders to P.O. boxes. We ship all book orders within 2 to 3 business days.
All of our shipments to U.S. customers are sent by USPS Media Rate with a delivery confirmation or a tracking number. Shipments of two or more books will be sent by UPS Ground Service. As soon as the book(s) are shipped you will receive an email with a delivery confirmation/tracking number. If needed, you can go to USPS.com or UPS.com (if you purchase more than two books) to track the shipment.
Delivery Estimates
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the method of shipment. See table below for estimates.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your book(s), in resalable condition and with the original receipt, within 30 days from the date your order was shipped for a replacement copy or full refund. See Return Policy for details.
BUY DIRECT - Click on the PayPal button below and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be taken to PayPal's online shopping basket where you will be able to view the book added to your basket, add or remove books, and alter the quantities of your order. You will then proceed to PayPal's online checkout where you will be asked for your delivery address and credit card details. After your order is complete you will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation e-mail from PayPal.
BOOK RETAILERS - All Apex Publishers titles are available through Amazon. Books sold through Amazon are not discounted nor is shipping free but Amazon does offer alternative shipping options and ships outside the USA. Click on the Amazon.com link below and follow the on-screen instructions.
