When you purchase books from Apex Publishers, you have several shipping options, and should be aware of our shipping practices.
Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping is available for online orders that go to a single U.S. address. This special promotion is being offered with the following terms and conditions:
1. Offer good for all books in the Apex Publishes Book Store.
2. The method of free shipping is USPS media rate. If you want to use a different shipping method, the free shipping offer will not apply to your order.
3. This free ground shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
4. The qualifying amount is the total purchase amount before any discount is applied.
5. Your shipping address must be in the United States, U.S. Protectorates, and APO/FPO addresses.
6. This offer is only valid for books purchased on Apex Publishers website. It is not valid for any other site that Apex Publishers owns or operates, nor is it valid for any third party sites associated with Apex Publishers.
7. This offer is available for a limited time and can end without notice. If you add books to your shopping cart before the promotion ends, and buy these books after the promotion ends, you will not receive free shipping.

Shipping Times
Orders for paper copies placed before 3:00 P.M. EST are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. EST ship in 3 business days.
Electronic downloads are delivered at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Estimates
We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, based on the method of shipment. See table below for estimates.

Taxes and Customs
DOMESTIC DELIVERY: Sales tax is not applied to purchases of books and related materials.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: Shipping costs do not include any duties, taxes, or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary from country to country. We cannot predetermine what the charges will be. The charges may be billed directly to the customer by the destination’s customs authority, or may be billed to the customer through Apex Publishers. We suggest that you call your local customs office if you would like more information on customs duties in your country.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Apex Publishers ships only to destinations in the United States and cannot ship web orders to P.O. boxes.
